Currently reading Michael Flocker's The Hedonism Handbook: Mastering the Lost Arts of Leisure and Pleasure. It's a bit outdated (do you guys even remember what palm pilots were?) but I definitely agree with the message of the book. Be happy. Seriously. Don't sacrifice your lives for others; there's just no point.
